Make Simple Soft and Gentle pancakes
ingredients
110 grams all-purpose flour
1 egg size (then shake average)
1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder (Suggestion: use the double acting)
1/4 tsp salt
2 teaspoons white vinegar or lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons butter or 40 grams of margarine, melted.
135 ml milk or 3 tablespoons of full cream milk powder + 130 ml of water (mix)
How to make pancake
Enter the liquid milk and white vinegar or lemon juice / lemon into a medium sized bowl. Then mix well and let stand for 5 minutes to allow the milk to go sour.
